📜 Universal Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Acceptance of Agreement & Account Security

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or deploying services on Hosting2030 ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Universal Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement"). You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You are solely responsible for maintaining account credential security and all operations conducted under your account.

2. Strict Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — Prohibited Content & Activities

Hosting2030 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against unlawful, dangerous, or abusive activities. Hosting or facilitating any of the following on your hosting applications, static sites, or server resources will result in immediate account termination without refund:

• 🔞 Adult, Pornography & Sexually Explicit Content: Hosting, storing, distributing, or linking to adult content, pornography, sexually explicit media, escort services, or related materials.
• 💊 Illegal Drugs & Controlled Substances: Selling, facilitating, distributing, or promoting illegal narcotics, controlled substances, unauthorized prescription drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• 🔫 Illegal Weapons & Explosives: Facilitating the sale, manufacturing, or distribution of illegal firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, or dangerous contraband.
• 💣 Terrorism & Violent Extremism: Hosting content or communications associated with recognized terrorist organizations, violent extremism, hate speech, incitement to violence, or illegal harm against individuals or groups.
• 🛡️ Cybersecurity Threats & Abusive Activities: Phishing scams, malware/virus distribution, ransomware, botnet command servers, unauthorized network scanning, DDoS attacks, or unapproved cryptocurrency mining.
• ⚖️ Copyright & Intellectual Property Violation: Unlawful file sharing, torrent trackers, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted media.

3. Application Maintenance, WAF & Suspension Policy

Hosting2030 configures Web Application Firewall (WAF) protection for hosting applications. However, users are strictly responsible for maintaining and updating their applications, CMS platforms (such as WordPress, PHP, Node.js, Python), plugins, themes, and dependencies to the latest secure versions.

If any application becomes vulnerable, compromised by malware, or subjected to DDoS attacks due to unpatched software or security flaws, Hosting2030 reserves the right to suspend the account or application immediately to preserve overall platform security and network performance.

4. Resource Allocation & Usage Limits

Subscribed plans (Free, Standard, Premium, Unlimited) define server resource limits (CPU cores, RAM, storage, process limits). Attempting to bypass resource limits, exploit security vulnerabilities, or launch resource starvation attacks is strictly prohibited.

5. Backups & Data Responsibility

While Hosting2030 provides automated backup services based on active plan tiers, clients retain primary responsibility for maintaining independent off-site copies of their data, files, and databases. Hosting2030 is not liable for data loss arising from client misconfigurations or third-party code errors.

6. Immediate Account Termination & Law Enforcement Co-operation

Violation of this Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate service suspension, application deletion, and permanent account banning. In cases of illegal acts (drugs, weapons, terrorism, child exploitation), Hosting2030 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and provide relevant logs and telemetry.
